First, the representative Hieu with whom we worked is awesome. Very diligent in his follow-up, but not overly aggressive. He followed up at every point in the process, and was very respectful of my time. Second, the product that was delivered is excellent. Exactly what I had hoped for, with a high quality finish and feel - definitely feels like a product that should cost much more than it did. Clients are going to love these.
