Theodore dealt with my initial query and has been prompt with replies and keeping me up to date with the order. In fact the order was delayed as I hadn't spotted the original contact from him. My fault. My art work was deemed fine and the order arrived fairly quickly. The products arrived all individually boxed and are a great product, The carriers, a fair few of them treated the main box with great respect and no damage or marks on the box at all.
